After the Buidling Up shampoo (step one), apply the mask from the ends of the hair to the roots.
Then wrap in a warm, pre-heated towel.
The action time is five minutes.
Remove the towel, let the hair cool.
Rinse carefully with water, trying not to damage the hair.
