GLUCONOLACTONE: It is found naturally in the skin as an important active substance speeding up the cell renewal processes. In fact, the keratinocytes synthesize and naturally convert the gluconic acid and gluconolactone into Ribose and Deoxyribose which are respectively the main components of RNA and DNA. It has strong moisturizing, properties modulates the process of keratinization, revitalizes cell turnover. It’s a natural antioxidant against RL, improves the skin barrier function, especially in sensitive skin, improves skin texture and protects it from photoaging.
LACTOBIONIC ACID: It is an iron-chelating agent which has very strong antioxidant properties, strong hygroscopic properties (the ability of a substance to attract and hold water molecules from the surrounding environment (liquid and gas ).
