Step 1: Preparation

• Pour the Straightening Cream into a plastic bowl (do not use metal).
• Wash, comb, and divide the hair into 4 sections for an even application.
• Apply a Skin Protector on the neck and face contour to prevent irritation.

Step 2: Application

• Start from the nape and apply the Straightening Cream:
  • For natural curls, take 1 cm sections.
  • For permed hair, take larger sections and apply quickly.
• Leave 0.5 cm from the root (do not apply directly to the scalp).
• After applying to each section, comb through with a wide-tooth comb, applying light pressure to straighten the strands.
• Continue applying to all sections, ensuring the cream covers all hair evenly.

Step 3: Processing Time & Rinse

• Follow the recommended processing time based on hair type (check professional guidelines or perform a strand/knot test).
• After the processing time, rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes, keeping the hair straight.
• Towel dry the hair to remove excess moisture.

Step 4: Neutralizing Process

• Pour the Neutralizer into a plastic bowl.
• Divide hair into 4 sections again and apply the Neutralizer in 1 cm sections.
• Leave on for 5 minutes, keeping the hair straight.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all product residue.

Step 5: Styling

• Proceed with styling as desired, using a blow dryer and flat iron for an ultra-smooth finish.
